Will Greenfield is a film and television unit production manager. Originally from Bullitt County, Kentucky, he earned a college degree in broadcasting, with a minor in theatre arts, and began his career in local television before transitioning into the film industry, where his first roles were as a production assistant.
He subsequently advanced through production management roles, from production assistant to production coordinator and, ultimately, to unit production manager. In describing the UPM's responsibilities, Greenfield has emphasised that the position oversees all "below-the-line" operations, including management of the crew, the below-the-line budget, hiring office and accounting staff, and coordination of all location- and stage-related logistics.
Greenfield later expanded into producing and executive-producing roles. Among his most notable credits is the television series Euphoria (2019), for which he served as Unit Production Manager early in the series and later as Executive Producer. In 2022, he was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Drama Series as part of the producing team for Euphoria, sharing the nomination with Sam Levinson, Kevin Turen, Ravi Nandan, Drake, Adel Nur, Zendaya, Ashley Levinson, Hadas Mozes Lichtenstein, Ron Leshem, Tmira Yardeni, Kenneth Yu, and Harrison Kreiss.
In 2024, the Fargo Film Festival honoured Greenfield with the Ted M. Larson Award, recognising his career contributions and his work across production management and producing throughout the film and television industry.
