A California native, raised in Oregon, he returned to California after high school to attend the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. He found a new passion and career after going to work in a local Pasadena costume shop. In 2010 he was featured in Stages Magazine as one of the people making theatre happen in Los Angeles. A multi award winning theatrical costume designer, he has also designed feature films and shorts and has created a costume design class for the Academy of Art college in San Francisco.
