Bulut Kırbaş who is born in Samsun in 1984, graduated from secondary school. In 2008 at Hilmi Etikan’s Short Film Production Atelier, he is trained on cinema and documentary filmmaking on the basic concepts of cinema, camera movements, film grammar and script writing techniques. In 2010 at Başkent Academy, he is trained on basic acting. In 2012, he shot a short film called “Next Loneliness” and competed in several festivals. In 2013, “The Next Loneliness” won a screening in the 7th Second Hand Film Festival. In 2015, he shot the documentary where he tell about his grandmother’s life called, “Everyone shall be good” and attended many festivals. In 2019, he shot his short film “The Stand” and competed in both domestic and international festivals. “The Stand” is announced as the semi-finalist of the festival in Kaaryat International Film Festival. In 2021, He shot his short film “A Ruthless Desire for Simplicity”. He continues his work in independent cinema.
