Rebecca Reynolds Harrell Tickell is a director, writer, producer, musician, singer, environmental activist, and former actress. She is best known for her starring role as Jessica Riggs in the Christmas film Prancer. She garnered a Young Artist Award nomination for Best Young Actress Starring in a Motion Picture.
